I sold an O2 X1i on ebay and the purchaser tells me now it is switching of on her and I have had to make a refund. Any one got any ideas why this is happening or maybe it happened in transit. Any thoughts welcome, regards and thanks, Charlie

on the main cirlce part, press the right side of it and press onto normal.

Hey does anybody know how to turn the chime off? while it's charging it emits a chime,Its annoying!
Nothing in manual,apart from that it's a good RAPROD.

Got this phone for Xmas thought it was pretty good until i went on the internet and it started to turn its self off this happens every time i go on the internet.

i have just bought this phone two days ago and i think that is a brilliant little phone. I had the choice of this one or o2x2 and i am so glad that i picked this one.

Hi, i have the o2 x1b and im loving it no problems camera good quality better than most camera phones under £100, although the bluetooth is audio only, i was told i could send stuff, o well that'l b dat den.

Iv got a nokia 6600 and it wont let me text! My centre number is ok and the o2 people dont know what is wrong with it! has anyone else had this prob?

Got it on the sat by the monday the screen had a crack that just came from nowhere. The insurance paid out but didn't want the phone back and now I trying like crazy to get a replacement cover/screen but can't seem to get 1 from anywhere. great phone when it worked.

the new o2 x1b is out and it doesent have any of the problems of the o2 x1i but the bluetooth function is audio only!!!!

i think m300 and this phone are actually the same. and also s700 and o2x3. benq may be the authorized manufacturer for o2 phones. by the way, o2 smartphones / PDAs are the same as some i-mate and qtek smartphones / PDAs.

i had it since xmas last year, it messed up bout 2 months ago, kept turnin itself off, i took it to 02 shop n they had it for 7 days to repair it, i had it back, it works perfectly now no problems, they fixed it proper, its much faster and easier

THIS PHONE IS ACCE.
the camera is really really gd. its as light as a feather, the texting is easier than the nokias and has a gd range of features i showed my girlfriend this phone now she's bought it.
the only problems i have are. IT FREEZES. THe keys stop working (only short term) & u cant download games.
CAN ANY ONE HELP.
& sort it out o2 this fone my rock but i needs a revamp!! bring on the new version
