additions direct have changed the waiting time from 3 weeks to 4-5 weeks. that cant be a good sign

Er.......... hello.
Just spoke to O2, the phone is being released this week, (or as she told me "week commencing Aug 2nd") No confirmed date or cost. The website hasn't been updated either.......... it's just a waiting game..... could literally be any minute, or it could be Friday.

OK just spoke to O2. It is due to be released the week begining 2nd August. It's not out yet, but will be out this week.! (And the hopefull sign is that the sales team actually know about the phone now!)

Phoning for the past hour and a half, long queues on all lines, upgrades, sales etc.
The site update for the X2 was done on the Sunday evening.......... looking more and more like it's had a last minute hitch!

We will have to see if there is a site update later on - to include the X3 - sure it would have been done already though if it was to be released today? - has anyone rang O2 sales this morning (0870 225 7879) - Not had time myself as im in work at the moment.

Well Still no update on the O2 shop part of the O2 website, so guess it looks like the 2nd Aug Release was a myth - maybe it will be 16th??

I was told about a week ago, from two different O2 employees it would be released today..... beleive me if they were telling me lies I'll drive over there and sort them out myself......... serious piece of crap customer relations!

Does anyone know if i bought this phone from england(my dad needs an o2 sim and he lives in england so the sim is no prob)from o2 could i bring it here and and use an irish o2 sim to work it?
