How to increase the ROM or RAM in the O2 mini? i too wonder if Windows mobile 5 can be installed in the O2 mini.
Is it worth to add WiFi SD card onto mini or to trade in for the new mini-S?

when i added the Wi-Fi card, it doesn't seem to have enough memory to open up the whole of the wanted website.
is there a way to increase the RAM or ROM to the main.
can the new mini-S do the above tasks better?

            hi all,

i am thinking buying a pocket pc so i could down load some files and SKYPE into my phone but i seem to be having a hard time on what to buy...

at first i was thinking of buying XDA IIs but i read from opinions of users that the phone most of the time hangs up... and don't want that...

right now i am considering mini but then i read that the phone works poorly with SKYPE - i really need to get skype into my phone... please help me this...

            thank you!

            have a good day!

              Chris,

I had exactly the same problem, i sent it in for repairs and they had to replace the whole RF board (basically the entire internal part of the PDA). Luckily Iam under warranty so it wasnt a problem for cost. Hope you are under warranty too.

U dont need to convert to wav file. You can use mp3 as ringtones. Just transfer the mp3 file to windows/rings and make sure mp3 files are opened with windows media player as default (meaning unchecking mp3 files in any downloaded mp3 player) and you are done.
