Speakers are quite bad, noticeably worse than S23.

Oneplus... what is the use of DisplayMate A++, ProXDR display when it stays dim in almost every situation. Please fix the low brightness issue otherwise nobody is going to buy your phones second time!

At least the back glass has some settle curve to, not falt and boxy like most phones nowadays

According to what's been revealed about 8 Elite is that it gets real hot if you push it to limit.
So if you do stuff like benchmark / 3D and so on then this device reaches like 50 C while 40-ish during game play * Note that these reviewers are from cooler places.
People argue that in common usage, the chip will hardly be pushed to its limit - which is true for most of the cases, tho note as someone said, it has "potential" to get hotter than previous ones such as Gen 2 & 3.
It seems from comparison review that some of Xiaomi devices with 8 Elite doesn't throttle fast enough, making the device reach temperature over 50 C (don't know if it's gonna destroy the device or not).

This has been the worst smartphone purchase I have ever made. I bought it on 17th March and have been to service centre 3 times already
The 1x camera take completely unfocused images when shooting against the sun on bright sunny days where sky is a large part of the frame. This is frustrating as even my 7 year old OnePlus 6 takes better photo in that scenario

As I saw similar result from another source, I think information is valid.
SD 8 Elite can get hot, depending on what you do with it.

Auto brightness on this phone is very unreliable and annoying.

Does this phone have better camera and battery than Xiaomi 15 pro?
Also, if anyone has the CN variant can you disable the page that should be the google feed (for global variant) on the homepage? (Not sure what it's called but I saw on reviews that it's full of Chinese language)
