used 11R until I accidentally dropped to break glass, now I have 15PM and I am tempted for this phone, it gives all applications like really good file manager, call recording feature, slider is imp for meetings so you dont have to unlock, and smooth performance with very good battery life with faster charging, Though 11R had 100W but this has more battery life.
May prefer 13R if I buy one since its flat screen and has alsmot everything this phone one has

Some reviews say the battery is great while a few others say the battery is bad. Confusing?!

But is real 5g necessarily a good thing as for health?
Perhaps the technology advancement needs to be put on hold at some point.

Sumanta Mukhopadhyay, 09 Jan 2025Chinese manucturers know that Indian customers and techtube... moreUnfortunately, barely any of the 5G frequencies are used in India. Jio supports 4 of them, while Airtel supports 2. The two common frequencies supported both Jio and Airtel are n78 and n258 mmWave, which the latter is barely ever supported by devices, except maybe from the US devices or the Pixel and n258 mmWave doesn't really work in environments like Indian. It's still better to have it, for when we travel and for carrier frequency expansion. However, they know they can get away with it, since it won't impact majority of the Indian userbase.

Chinese manucturers know that Indian customers and techtubers are jokers and won't pick the issue of lesser 4g and 5g bands as compared to the international model.

At the OnePlus Experience Store in India. Confirmed OnePlus 13 Indian model, CPH2649 has eSIM support, when enabled SIM 2 is disabled. Also has BeaconLink! All sides are curved, so probably won't get official screen protectors from OnePlus :/ Looks nice though, although I still prefer the volume and alert slider placement, or should have it on the same side like on the iPhone.

I need a phone with Oneplus's hardware, vivo's telephoto camera, iPhones's speakers, and Samsung's software support.

I would not want esim on my phone.
I get that crap, then I won't able to remove it (which means carrier is tracking my phone 24/7 without my choice).

Anonymous, 08 Jan 2025Better remove physical sim and just ship with e-sim instead... moreAh yes, i would lovr to have a phone in a place where it becomes a useless brick because e sim is not a thing there much like not having the ability to connect to aux or physical removable sd cards

xcv, 08 Jan 2025European version sold in Germany has 2x nano-SIM. Epic fail 💀.They seem to have updated the website to show that eSIM is supported.
https://www.oneplus.com/de/13/specs
It might be possible that they have added the feature to all non-Chinese models, as per the specifications on the product page on multiple countries now showing eSIM support as "*Feature availability may vary due to compatibility with local carriers." which was not shown at launch. Would love to hear from people who can physically confirm from the device's settings.
