my oneplus 2 has hiting problem.. In few min use it getting very hot.. cannot connect mobile data.its very slow to connection. otherwise all is ok.

waste of money my phone wifi problem in warranty, service centre not responding,
not in warranty change main board cost 17500/- not working bank button so change display, display cost is 10000

Bala, 08 Sep 2016While updating the oxygen software..one plus two phone swit... moreYou should never try to switch on or switch off mobile while it is updating software till it completed and comes to standby mode. Now it is better to take it to Oneplus service centre.

I have never in my life experienced such a bad purchase or service as with Oneplus. The Oneplus2 phone had daily, continuous downtime and reboots. I have implemented several factory resets, submitted multiple tickets with OnePlus and sent in the phone for repair - the phone came back with the same problem and had 'passed all performance tests'. Corrupt firmware? After weeks of correspendence, multiple tickets and attempts to have the phone repaired through their repair service, the brand new defective phone lies unused in a cupboard. I have not been reimbursed for the phone, nor for the hours of time spent attempting to communicate with Oneplus customer service. An absolute disgrace of a company - Chinese crap. It should be illegal. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM ONEPLUS - EVER!

While updating the oxygen software..one plus two phone switched off on its own..when i am trying to switch on...mobile is not getting switched on instead just showing that its booting...please suggest how to rectify..

Hello ,.. I am currently using one plus 2 but facing some problems..My mobile shuts down automatically while i'm using it..It has not happened once but several times..When i need my phone desperately or for some emergency calls it automatically goes off & on..
So Irritating,...
Plz suggest how to fix it..

Is that available ... moreOneplus two has 40 bandwidth and 5th onward any 4g smartphone is eligible to buy Reliance Sim.i got the Sim but not activated.in Oneplus two we can use 4g data but to call other mobile we have use Jio join app,till we get volte patch from company Oneplus.

If you are facing battery drain issue in standby mode or your battery performance in any mobile including Oneplus two, please check your apps like clean master,power clean eye, uninstalling these will greatly improve your mobile battery performance.i got the soln for my Oneplus two and friends Samsung grand 2 got the soln.thanks for my friend advice.

I'm using op2 since some months, but I had no any bad experience like hot or hide any opinions...
Everything working very well, I really like this phone.
But sometimes I feel it's heavy... So I'll suggest to company that next phone should be low weight...

When the Marshmallow update happened I lost home button functionality and fingerprint sensor. There are a lot of different ways to research this on the internet with fixes and wiping cashe partition, downgrade to lollipop ETC. I tried all of them. And only one truly worked as a last resort and i notified OnePlus. Let the battery die completely by playing any youtube battery drainer video. once it dies, turn it on again multiple times (about 3-6 times) until it is completely dead and wont turn on. Plug it into the charger and let it fully charge until the light turns green. then power it on and this should fix the issue. It worked for me and countless others i read on forums.
