my oneplus 2 phone fingerprint sensor in not working so maney weeks. this phone software has so many tyeps of bugs
no upgrade verson provided by one plus company .. as par our experience do not buy one plus company phone at any cost ,
because this co. not think about users, only focus on sale and sale

I am getting 2 hours of screen on time on full charge... Only using WhatsApp, browsing and voice calls... Sometimes clash of clans..is this normal?

Never buy one plus two . it is piece of ju... moreI bought one plus 1 for my daughter and one plus 2 for me. One plus 1 has no problem so far but one plus 2 has many problems. The phone getting heated, home key sometimes becomes non functional,phone hangs and can't switch off. Don't be carried away by the hype and buy this product. Spare parts are expensive.

When I connected the charger to the OnePlus 2
after few minutes the phone getting hot. Is that any problem or its not a problem anymore?
When I play Videos then the same things happened. The phone ( OP2) become Hot.
Do you have any experience about this?

I am using op2 since last 1 year..
-the phone is lag free..
-camera is very good..
-decent battery
overall a good loaded phone..
the only concern is oneplus has still not enabled VoLTE inspite of its hardare supporting it..
there is no timeframe also they are giving...This proves they are not good in after sales updates..

WORD OF ADVICE
Never buy one plus two . it is piece of junk.
Only thing that is worse than its mobile is there customer service.
I Unfortunately bought his piece of junk and it is not even a year and the phone is having repeated issues of hardware and software and worse is it can be fixed. Current status is that i cant hear it ring and i can only talk on it if speaker is on. All the advices by the customer care( if you are able to finally get through to them) have not worked.
Hence i have a phone which is completely SILENT in giving me info and NOISY when i have to speak in it both contraindicated to the functionality of a phone.
PIECE OF JUNK PLS DONT BUY IT

However oneplus is Chinese company so they are not vast company as samsung and apple that's why they give good specs at low price but service is always needed so that is the point people have to take care of.

I have been a One+ customer since the release of the One plus one. I reside in Bhopal, madhya pradesh. i bought a one plus two on 10th of march 2016 and after 5 months of useage my phone suddenly just died and never started again.. i tried charging it for hours but in vain. i called the one plus customer care and they said i have to travel all the way to Indore as there were no other service centers in MP. Bhopal has a large number of one plus users and they still dont have a service center here.. They still havent responded to my mail.. very very poor service by one plus authorities.
