Beware, OPT have a known hardware manufacturing issue. Thousands of users have reported their home button/fingerprint sensor hardware failing. I contacted OnePlus Support and they told me that they would not honor their warranty to fix the defective device I received.

So day 1 review of the phone. First, packaging is very great. came with screen protector on the phone and the box is very neat and labelled well. Charger is a bit odd, but its basically a double contact flat thing that goes into a USB port. So its a USB - without the issue of it getting loose over time like other USB cables. Flat noodle cord with it is nice, and has a built on rubber strap to secure while rolled up. Crazy amounts of customization. contact colors, text colors, I am running the Beta for Shelf on mine too and its fantastic. screen is awesome, the gestures work great. The things I find surprising and odd would be the home button isnt a real button. its just a flat panel that has the sensor in it. Also the backplate is textured which was nice. Very well put together, everything is snug and feels much more sturdy. LOUD ringer. Dual sim thing is nice, but I will never need it. flash is bright, camera is fantastic. Next phone will DEFINITELY be another OnePlus.

i am using one plus 2 mobile i have issues in my mobile phone. all contacts are getting merged then i need to go and search each contacts individually and i need to seprate the contacts and again its get merged pls help me to solve this problem..............

Hi,my op2 mobile completed one year today,i would like to give my experience with op2 mobile.first l like to thank Oneplus for giving us high specs at reasonable price.op2 is my daily driver.till now l have not come across any major issues, only minor,that can fixed by software update.op2 is running MM with oxygen os with 3.0.2. latest version.two minor issues I have observed after Marshmallow update,in standby mode or doze mode for eight hours , battery is draining about 10 to 12 percent.i am using Tata Docomo sim,from 3g to 2g it shifts, if signals are weak but it will not come back to 3g mode even the signals are good, only it changes when the mobile tower changes.i don't know whether it is mobile fault or network fault. occasionally op2 hangs and lag's.heating issue has come down,battery performance is OK OK.c camera is good at this price.games I don't know much.blue tooth pairing with car some time doesn't work, it works well with other accessories. Wi-fi and with mobile network 3g, I have no problems till now.fingerprint scanner working fine, audio and video is good.i am using sixty apps ,all are working well, no overlap.memory management is good, I can use up to 10 apps with out rebooting the app.b battery charging time is two and half hours 0 to 100 percent.overall I can give 8/10.

Phone is great for multitasking, and I play Mortal Kombat X almost every day and I can say that there is absolutely no laging or freezing. I have encountered few app crashes but nothing to wory about. I also don't know why so mmuch People hate its camera, for me camera is really good, nothing specijal, but if you do not need camera for something special, for daily uses is really good. Battery Life for me is also good, and the thing that it doesn't have quick charging is also not that of a problem, because battery charging from 0 to 100℅ is about 2 and half hours for me. I think it's worth buying for 320 eur, but I would only buy it directly from their site (if you are able to): https://oneplus.net/hr/2 because you can purchase for aditional 65 euros so called On-Guard so if you brake your phone or anything happens to your mobile they will repair it for free or send you a new mobile (hope I helped you, and I apologize for my english because English is my second language.

from someone the other person says it echos really badly.I contacted Amazon but they said this product is of only
10 days replacement warranty so contact to manufacture.I dont think 10 days is good enough to identify all the
issues of a mobile.I did not get any help from Amazon.So i contacted to Oneplus two serving center and customer
care(My complaint no-341231) several times and followed the procedures what they told but even after that my issue
is still not resolved.I was a wealthy customer of Amazon and was good faith on the products but after i faced this
issue, i realized that i was totally wrong and these peoples are cheating us.Amazon is not publishing my review on their site.

I am using oneplus 2 for one month but i haven't faced any problem yer..
But the phn id too good.
Very good camera...
Good graphics...
But battery is not that good,bt its okk..
This phone is just awesome...
I am fully satisfied with my oneplus 2...
Dont know about others bt it os an awesome phone to me.and i haven't faced any problem yet...

my oneplus2 hangs 2-3 times in a week > need to reboot.
sometimes it takes 4-5 seconds before a widget activates.
now my phone doesnt ring anymore when someone do call me ( after the oxygen 3.0.2 fw upgrade)

Same is happening with my OP2 post MM update... outta nowhere the phone stops ringing even though its in active mode..
I even have a problem connecting my phone to PCs as it wont show the MPT option... donno y?

Hi guys. I am about to buy this Phone. I heard from alot of ppl that the Phone is great but also alot said It's not good. I just have 320€ to buy a new Phone and the Op2 costs 320€. Should I buy this Phone or no? I won't mind the 2 bad things about the Phone.I wouldn't use my Camera alot, and also the Squeaker isn't that Important to me. What I need is :
- Great Graphics
- No lag at high Graphics Games as Modern Combat 4/5
- No hanging/good Multitasking/RAM
- No Software Problems
- An OTG Cable Support
- Great Battery Life.

Mitz, 30 Jul 2016Try new type c cable and check.My one plus two goes to silent mode automatically I have tried 100 times rebooting with priority notification as they have told sound comes back but stop ringing after a day everyday rebooting I am tired of doing it no update it really makes me mad.

Even games such as Subway surfer lags when the character starts moving fast. DAMN the problem for me is the gpu which is underperforming.I am a casual gamer but come on lags in small gamed seriously am not liking this.Anyone help.My gpu is 180 mhz even when i am playing asphalt 8 and graphics lags even on low. Any fix would be a great help.I also tried to root but it says no devices found on pc. So currently no options.Your rey would help me alot
