Missing SD card is an issue :(
What use is 256GB of memory for me, when I cannot (almost) instantly switch it into tablet, to play movies from it? Rest of the world doesn't have optic cable into toilet TV like those in Sillicon Valley, most of the world is covered with 2Mbps uplink.
I can live with 32GB of memory (on single filesystem) AND SD card...

Never buying OnePlus again, only for this reason. You cannot call a phone which isn't even 2 years old outdated, especially with these specs.

Get some right info please for Pete's sake. The Galaxy s8 plus with 6 gigs of ram and SD 835 is still far behind compared to the 7 months old oneplus 3t with SD 821 in speed test and in day to day usage because the oneplus comes with a stock android which is a thousand times smoother and faster than Samsungs own TouchWiz ui bloat ware which is present in the Galaxy s8. There's no telling how much more faster the oneplus 5 would be if the 3t could topple the s8 plus 6gb variant in speed test.
