I have been searching for a Device after my 7 years old Nokia N8.
After short listing, My choices were S8 and OP5. Finally i chose OP5 simply because of value for money. Brilliant build quality. Good quality photos. Depth effect works like a charm given that required lux level is present.
Amazingly fast charging with dash. 8GB RAM is a overkill, damn fast.
Not cared about water proofing, if at all a Tsunami hits me. Fast finger print scanner is also a plus. And i'm a FAN of front mounted finger print scanner.

Oneplus's software is much more smart, light and precise... I hate touchwiz... Using a galaxy S7 personally and coming from a oneplus 3, I would never recommend samsung to anyone any further...

benne, 13 Nov 2017i have read on trusted review.com that the wifi connection ... moreIt's a terrible phone the OnePlus5. I have WIFI connectivity problems sind i bought this phone. OnPlus5 did repare the phone for 3 times and still have WIFI connectivity problems. Last time they replaced the motherboard. Still problems. Do not buy this phone !!!

It only enhances the colours and makes images saturated, so that they appear good, it has no role in preserving the images... And once saved the image remains as it is, if it would degrade then the size of the image would also degrade... And the image degradation happens in google drive, after a few years, it starts compressing the images and that degrades the quality... When you have half knowledge you shouldn't speak rubbish...

No phone will please you as this does and mainly the depth effect mode in camera gives you amazing pics as if they were taken on DSLR.

By far better than so many devices at a higher price !

This phone may be good in some aspects but bad in some aspects
1. The sim no is not able to read when we make call and receive the call. The number is found to be not able to read or identify
2. We are not able select the call logs to delete some calls and retain some calls
3. There is no option to transfer the message to email or what’s app
4. The call quality is not adequate
5, The letters in the desktop is very small and very difficult to read
6. I have made several settings but each time the result the same
The above mentioned items basic for a mobile. I do not know how the reviews are made that it is a excellent and best phone.
