worst phone company i have dealt with. the phones touch screen stopped working after 6 months of having the phone which has never been dropped or water damaged. the support staff kept telling me to do a hard reset when i mentioned countless times that you need a working touchscreen to do this.
the phone was then approved after 3 days of their staff telling me to do a reset. i requested my phone data not to be wiped as it had important photos of my son on there.
i have not had an appology for this matter and keep being disregarded when speaking to customer service.
i will never buy a oneplus again and advise everyone to stay well away. huwawei, samsung and google pixel will be my choices in the future.
NEVER SETTLE - should change this to settle for will junk

Yeah, OIS would always be better than EIS but google also used EIS in their previous flagship and it was great for them... And to be honest, you don't require the IP rating unless you live somewhere where it snows or rains frequently...

Electric image stabilization is sh¡t mate, OnePlus using planned obsolescence strategy to lure customers to buy their products without thinking. It's like the whole mobile tech industry following New World Order or something and expect us to buy their phones with dumb 18.9 ratio screen, EIS, no IP rating etc...

The selfies are shaked without shaking my hands also!!! If i need to take a good selfie,I should hold my phone like a robot! If i take 50 selfies,more than 35selfies are shaked..it looks awful!!! Even this has a fixed focus camera, Blured the background of the selfies so much...we can't take a group Selfie because of that... Please fix this issue!!!! Even my iphone 6 ,front camera photos are even better than this!! very disappointed

Aaaand i thing is that, and yea the price. Now is up to you what you will choose.

I just bought one plus 5t . I sold my OnePlus 5 at very good price since it was 20 days old. I payed only 2000 bugs extra to get my OnePlus 5T. Was so much happy.
But after using two days, I would say this phone is a downgrade , not a upgrade if you are exchanging with OnePlus 5.
