Anybody nagging about Full HD being a "low" resolution on a phone doesn't have a clue about technology and was pretty much fooled by marketing. Anything higher than that is unnecessary on a phone size display. Not speaking of the fact that powering 2K amount of pixels eats the battery dry faster.

Too much hype before release but a disappointing outcome. Was planning to sell my Moto Z Play and buy OP 5 but dropped this idea now. How could they go so horribly wrong on sunlight display and camera ?

It seems like they used the same screen of OnePlus 3t, gave it a fancy name, they are known for lying (their benchmarks)... They used the same back n curved it a lil more... Only thing that changed is the processor n adding a camera... The main camera is also the same as 3t, infact they just removed the OIS... They also gave a smaller battery to make the phone thinner n lighter... And raised the price, almost similar to other flagships... Their USP? No longer there... N software updates, no guarantee.. one day they get bored, they stop updates....

I actually maanged to order the black version 8GB but few hours later cancelled my order.
Its too pricy and i wont be using camera that much to make this phone worth it.

Who cares 2k screen ? you guys are new on android i guess tons of peoples are using 1080 p on S8 and s8 plus why ? ask them..
im a developer and there is just two phone for me with unlocked bootloader one of them is oneplus.. thanks to them.
about OIS how much you guys are using video ? is it video camera ? it is a phone come on and eis is already working good. yeah ois much better but who cares cmon

Did you ever seen 2 smartphones displays side by side (4K and 1080p). If you see so much differences than congrats you must be a robot.
And also, is more important the type of display used than the resolution of it.
So, if you want to find some negative points, at least find ones that are real.

The majority of bluetooth headphones have an average battery life of 7h. And I don't even want to say about some expensive headphones that will last even 15h.
I myself now have a cheap pair (about 20 euros), that will last me 3-4 h.
I don't know which trips are you talking about man, but I am not planning to go around the world with my bluetooth headphones on.

If you were a pro then you would know that full hd is much better for such small screens than anything higher.
