The only thing that amazed me in oneplus is that Oxygen OS or New Oneplus OS is really well optimized no freezing even a single moment really a legendary os also Oneplus 5 and 5T are legendary phones even a single time it never slows down can compare to mid range of 2022 but still really quick love it 🙂

Guys, is there any phone which can replace 5T? I am using since the day it got launched and I really love my 5T. I seen lot of phones (flagships too) but nothing comparable to this. Now I am really worried what alternative I have if my phone suddenly stops working :)

From 2018 to 2022, still running better than most, and I DO game a lot on it.
My friend had 3 phones since (S10, S20+, S22ult), and it took a S22ult to finally be better than my 5T. Paid 400$, worth 3k$ of other phones ;)
Battery still hold for 2 days without charging in normal use, a full day when I game. Charges in about 35 minutes on Dash.
By far the best phone I ever had, sad I just cracked my screen :(
Still don't know if I change the phone or just the screen...

Anonymous, 15 May 2022No amoled burn?it does have amoled burns but very minimal on my 5T since I am only running it at 50 to 60% brightness static.

Gonna be 5 years in Dec 2022. I am using Lawnchair 12 as a launcher, still, I feel no need for a change. so far the phone is very smooth without any single issues, I don't play games but it handles day to day tasks very nicely, the camera for daytime is fine but for the night it's okay.
This phone gave excellent value for the money.

5T, 04 Mar 2022brought 5T on sale day in 2017 still going very good in 202... moreIf you don't care about the camera and don't play games, you can use it without problems, install a custom ROM, u will get android 12

S... moreI agree with you, since i bought op5t in November 2017, last 2 years i tried to upgrade to the another devices, I bought Galaxy note 10+ , Nova 5T, Pixel, Iphone 8Plus and even brand new oneplus 8, but couldn't continue to use them less or more than 2 or 3 months....and OP8 only few days use but didn't like even that device is faster good looking with nice screen.
OP5T is still best for me if compare to other flagship devices.

A week ago I bought brand new oneplus 8, but i didn't like due to the graphic issue in the game, look dark and even can't see the screen, I move back to Oneplus 5T.
I just test to charge my oneplus 5t with oneplus 8 charger (30w charger) and it is charging faster than 20w charger. OP5T is something special device, still working perfectly fine since 2017 November.

Frustrating, if you buy this nothing else impresses you.
Seriously this phone is made to last forever, I've been using it since the day it came out, it looks new, it's still very fast, looks beautiful (no hole punch, no notch, no weird camera layout, etc) it has metal body, unbreakable glass! charges ultra fast. battery stays for a full day.
Don't get me wrong but this phone is so perfect that it stops you from upgrading, even its camera gets better over time, how? I don't know how apparently from its great updates.
OK apparently I won't upgrade any time soon or even in 5 years lol

Great phone, functioned through high use on a daily basis for personal and work needs. Only giving it up because AT&T is forcing the 5G switch and this phone isn't compatible. Hate to give it up, and hoping the OnePlus 9 is as reliable.

Was hoping to move to another provider but was informed by Tracfone that all service providers will discontinue servicing 3G devices.
