Gonna be 5 years in Dec 2022. I am using Lawnchair 12 as a launcher, still, I feel no need for a change. so far the phone is very smooth without any single issues, I don't play games but it handles day to day tasks very nicely, the camera for daytime is fine but for the night it's okay.
This phone gave excellent value for the money.

5T, 04 Mar 2022brought 5T on sale day in 2017 still going very good in 202... moreIf you don't care about the camera and don't play games, you can use it without problems, install a custom ROM, u will get android 12

S... moreI agree with you, since i bought op5t in November 2017, last 2 years i tried to upgrade to the another devices, I bought Galaxy note 10+ , Nova 5T, Pixel, Iphone 8Plus and even brand new oneplus 8, but couldn't continue to use them less or more than 2 or 3 months....and OP8 only few days use but didn't like even that device is faster good looking with nice screen.
OP5T is still best for me if compare to other flagship devices.

A week ago I bought brand new oneplus 8, but i didn't like due to the graphic issue in the game, look dark and even can't see the screen, I move back to Oneplus 5T.
I just test to charge my oneplus 5t with oneplus 8 charger (30w charger) and it is charging faster than 20w charger. OP5T is something special device, still working perfectly fine since 2017 November.

Seriously this phone is made to last forever, I've been using it since the day it came out, it looks new, it's still very fast, looks beautiful (no hole punch, no notch, no weird camera layout, etc) it has metal body, unbreakable glass! charges ultra fast. battery stays for a full day.
Don't get me wrong but this phone is so perfect that it stops you from upgrading, even its camera gets better over time, how? I don't know how apparently from its great updates.
OK apparently I won't upgrade any time soon or even in 5 years lol

Great phone, functioned through high use on a daily basis for personal and work needs. Only giving it up because AT&T is forcing the 5G switch and this phone isn't compatible. Hate to give it up, and hoping the OnePlus 9 is as reliable.

Was hoping to move to another provider but was informed by Tracfone that all service providers will discontinue servicing 3G devices.

Purchased on release date in November 2017, and it has worked incredibly well. I love it so much that I was still activity using it when it froze on the security pattern screen and have not been able to reset. Currently, tech is working on the problem. In any case, I am without my phone and all the information it contains. I have attempted to purchase my next OnePlus 8T, but they are out of stock. I wait for both solutions to my current difficulty.

I purchased my OP5T on its release date in 2017 and have not had one problem with daily use. Now I am being informed that the service provider(AT&T)will not support my phone because it does not have Volit. Any suggestions, I really don't wish to replace this phone

I am using Oneplus 5T for 4yrs and still it is my bestie. I never use any back cover as i like its built quality and little bit of scratches other then that there is no issues and i wish to know which model of Oneplus is best if i wish to upgrade as there are n number of Oneplus models nowadays
