Yes, my 5T is working in any WiFi perfectly without any issue. As you and the Network Administrator said, the issue is from the Access Point in the company as it might be backward compatibility and also some other users are unable to connect and not only me.

                      Once again, Thank you.

From what you are stating it would seem that there is nothing wrong with the settings on your phone but that the problem lies with the network that you are trying to connect to. If your OP 3T can connect to the server but your OP 5T cannot then the latter has been blocked from connecting for some reason.

Anonymous, 13 Mar 2021@alaa khalifa Goto Settings/Wi-Fi & Internet/Wi-Fi. Fi... moreHello and Thank you very much for your reply.

I did your steps but still doesn't work. weirdly, my OP 5T is working om any Wifi, like in house, caffee, wherever i go, except in this company. When I asked the Network Admin, he told me maybe there is compatibility issue as some other users also they are facing the same issue. Later on, I brought my OP 3T and it is worked immediately. What do you conclude?

Goto Settings/Wi-Fi & Internet/Wi-Fi. Find the router that you are trying to connect to and press the setting icon - the gear wheel. Tap that and select Forget. Then reconnect.

Thank you for your suggestion in advance.

I've had a OnePlus 5T since it launched and it's been my daily driver for the past 3 years, without fault. OxygenOS 10 (Android 10) has brought it's own little hiccups, such as the temporary removal of EIS until a future update. The phone however still moves as fast as ever, and has handled falls and even light water immersion on multiple occasions (I've carefully 'washed' the phone). And even 3 years later, I'm pleasantly surprised and happy to report that I still get roughly 24 hours' worth of battery life with normal use. I firmly believe OnePlus were at their absolute peak with this phone, especially for the price. Can't say the same for their products/prices now but the 5T was no joke. I've come from the Google Nexus line, having owned a Nexus 5, and 5X (I love the barebones android experience), and the performance of the 5T was an easy upgrade on all accounts (except camera of course; Google always crushed it in that department). Would definitely recommend this phone still, even now in 2020.

I ordered this model directly from OnePlus website on November 23, 2017. The built-in quality of the phone is very good, the screen is not broken even after falling a few times from the beginning.
I will have 3 years of this model next week, exactly eleven months later when it was under warranty, I changed it battery free and there was rubbish inside the mic which I cleaned from the local service in HK.
Battery life is still good after two years.
In the first year, the speaker of the phone call was such that the voice from the other side could be heard screaming inside the ears, but the software update solved the problem, then I had another problem which was also reported on the OnePlus forum. During the call, the screen would automatically turn on and off, which would open the phone call to someone else or open another app.
But with the update to Android 10, that problem has been solved.

The phone is working well and all the flagship models of the current era seem to me slightly upgraded from the OnePlus 5T but not so much that I prefer them over this model as it has still very good performance.
