I think the mobile you have right now, the Moto X runs on Snapdragon 801. You might ask me, as to how Android N custom ROM is being supported by the device. If I have to explain, I've to start from BSP (Board Support Package) of the processor. It is highly time consuming and you may study it yourself from the www.
To be more specific, you cannot have a stable custom ROM for your mobile. Find out why. The ROM you are using currently is an unstable version though it might be dealt to be stable. Well, everyone learns as time passes by. Good Luck once again.

OP5T, They stop giving OS update for latest version of android, And in a year of buying, you will start seeing slowness, System UI restart itself, heating problem, screen freeze, System UI hung. Same reason we bought One Plus is to get proper and stable updates. which is not happening.

It is the sole discretion of specific device manufacturers. Moreover, the device's hardware shouldn't become obsolete like the Snapdragon 801 ( I believe the processor number is right ) which failed to accept Android N. As I've told earlier Google's Project Treble just simplifies the procedure to update Android codes since Oreo is modular.
4. Since you are very keen about custom ROMs, they are produced out of stock Android and they've nothing to do with Project Treble. Unofficial Lineage OS based on Android N is available for many mobiles which doesn't include Project Treble.

1. From your talks I feel that there is no single mobile in the market which can satisfy you and your needs, without which why should you blame a shame on Oneplus 5t. Isn't Google's Pixel 2 not on your list. Moreover since you aren't hardware specific why shouldn't you consider Xiaomi's mi A1 which being powered by Google.
2. Off the books there are plenty of hitches as to how Android devices are being updated. Being a Google's own device why haven't Xiaomi's mi A1 hasn't been updated yet to Oreo. To be very honest we are not eligible to criticize anyone. This is rationality. There are lot of constraints for anything and everything in this world.

no microsd again.... wtf is wrong with manufacturers these days... huawei mate 10 pro no microsd, this again no microsd.... I wanna use my 256gb microsd what's so hard... I'm not interested in internal 128gb... sure it's enough but I'd rather use my storage than transfer all my stuff to a new phone every time I change my phone....

5T 128 availability is for off, in Dubai! Anybody can guide, the store. With Prices. It's all Vivo, OnePlus, Oppo one as the same thing.

This phone sucks without capacitive keys, when using camera app how are you supposed to press the back button to leave the app, you have to flick up every time to press back button.
