The S9 plus camera is bit better than the OP6T because of the max aperture f/1.5 which give you a more low light capability, also in video seems superior and Samsung camera algorithm looks little better than OP default camera but no Google camera lev...

If the OP6T (or the OP7) has no wide-angle camera (either front or rear) does that make the Galaxy S9 Plus better?

All OnePlus phones can resist some water like rain, but i would not submerge in the pool with it.
