This phone is amazing and it got the best cellphone award of the year 2019 by MKBHD. I bought it in Sept 2021 and since then its working smoothly. Hope to get android 12 :)

7pro owner, 29 Nov 2021mine works smooth like a butter no heat no lag. restarting ... moreI bought a new OP7Pro from the OnePlus store around May 2021. I assumed they were selling old units to get rid of the remaining stock, but apparently the box says that the phone was only manufactured around January 2021.
I was pleasantly surprised to hear that as that is so recent. That means I'm getting a fresh new battery.

LeemHan, 07 Oct 2021I can recommend it for cheaper option and good performance.... moremine works smooth like a butter no heat no lag. restarting phone very rare only once per month . but the battery drain fast.. i measured battery true capacity it show only 68% battery of 4000mah left after 2 years of use. looking for new battery now...

Also battery drains high after update to 11.0.3
I heard there is new update, did anyone get it and how is phone after this update >?

Try to find how to downgrade your os to oxygen os 10 must be better. Search in YouTube u can find it easy. Beware of wipe data while downgrade proces, back up ur data it a must.

I have this phone from Oktober 2020 i play games 1-2 h per day.. i make photos every day( work on the ship) listen music 2-3 h.. the Phone is Maximus Proximus! Big display good camera.. battery very good.. design premium!

anyone here experience overheating or heating problem with this device?because mine having this problem..even scroling instagram it can get very hot not even playing games when playing games it get more hot..how frustrating..

Even though rhe battery life isn't that great because of 2 year's old. Need to change the battery to the new one for better battery endurance. And the last update will be android 12 hopefully....

Also, looks better than any phone since its launch, the full screen design looks exotic against punch holes and notches. Also, 3rd party dev support is awesome. I think this will last as long as OP3 did, so go for it, it's a steal at 250.
