From July 2023 I am facing the problem of Green Line. Initially one line appeared on the display, then later 3 more lines appeared on the display. When I went to the service center, they said that I will have to pay Rs 18,000 to change the display, whereas these lines had come automatically. I think this is a trick of the company which wants to earn money from us users.

OnePlus 9 Pro has a display issue. I started facing this problem after 2 years of purchase. It is a very expensive mobile and expected company to provide good support. Today I visited the service center, for complaint and they asked to replace the entire display which is estimated around 18, 000 Rupees. This is a genuine display issue that many people are facing they should be a bit considerate about the pricing. My loyalty towards One Plus is diminished after the display issue and the charge to change the display. Think before you purchase this product.
