OnePlus 9 RT to run Android 11 out of the box, pricing tipped
The OnePlus 9 RT rumored to arrive on October 15 was expected to run Android 12-based OxygenOS 12 out of the box, making it one of the first smartphones to boot the latest version of Android. However, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station says that won't happen since the 9 RT will run Android 11 out of the box with ColorOS 12 on top.
The tipster also claims that the OnePlus 9 RT will come in three colors and will be priced between CNY2,000 ($310/€270) and CNY3,000 ($465/€400). Its design will be similar to the 9R's and the camera lens arrangement will remain unchanged, but the flash module will be fine-tuned.
The source also corroborated previously leaked specs, including a 120Hz screen, 4,500 mAh battery, and 65W charging. However, in the latest Weibo post, the tipster said that IMX586 replaces IMX766 and Snapdragon 870 replaces Snapdragon 888, contradicting their previous claims.
This could be an error in machine translation since the 9 RT was recently spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 888 and 12GB RAM, but we'll have to wait for more sources to confirm that bit about the camera.

If they bring 9r at 270€ with 870, sales of Nord 2 will fall instantly. Hope the prices and specs provided are correct, but sounds to good to be true
