I'm using OnePlus 9R for fast one year now n suddenly got to see pink line on my screen n its not going. Im very dissapointed with this. Serious issue. oneplusCompany please help.

I got this phone basically from the launch, in august 2021. Till this day the phone works well and serves me like a solid all arounder. Fast charging is great, the 120hz display is great and in terms of performance its almost all that you need. But on the other hand the camera sucks. Its okay in the daylight, but without enough light it gives you just shity results. And also some minor unlogical stuff in oxygen os.

I have used OnePlus phones for more 5years. I got really disappointed when my OnePlus 9R phone got 2 greenlight lines. Also lost touch in one side of the phone. I will never buy a OnePlus phone. Very very disappointed.

I am Using One plus 9R since last 2 Years ago with the model variant of 256 GB. Now i am having issue with my phone display. The problem is, it's Suddenly started showing green line in my phone display which is disturbing me alot to using phone. Because of this issue,i can't focus in my phone i just need your help to resolve this problem.
I hope you will respond me with that and help me to solve this problem. Thank you 😊

I brought one plus 9r .after updation I got line in display.warranty also finished the same time.in my suggestion pls don't buy one plus.i used only one year..

I found one way to make the phone go faster. I have a one and half year old OnePlus 9r. I bought SanDisk extreme 1 tb SSD. Plugged into the mobile with a c to c cable and offloaded all games and whole gallery. The phone is a bit faster and cleaner.

Mine have one green line on oos13 immediately downgrade to 12 (seen on Reddit) for 2 month now haven't has anymore green line popping up yet. The phone with a line and the screen replacement cost are the same. (Not gonna replace then just stay on oos 12) I'm looking for a not OnePlus phone now.

I'm very disappointing with this device... 6 greenline i have already... Just in 1 year...OnePlus lost his brand value..I'm changing oneplus device... Just hate oneplus now a days...Being fan using 5t and shift now for green line

OnePlus is now Settled in the mobile industry. it removed all the OnePlus features and set up Oppo features, Oneplus user wants that oneplus oxygen OS. and it also removed the oneplus dialer in oneplus mobile which is very useful for the user

With great hope purchased the phone. Used with great care like the ASUS phone wich I am using even now after 7 years. The One plus (R started giving problems exactly after warranty period with inability to type properly on keyboard, many actions in operative. Tried to get a service centre in Trivandrum, Capital city of Kerala State but customer care informed that they dont have a serive centre in Trivandrum. nearest is only in Kochi. Had to travel the entrie distance spent Rs. 1200 on travel, Rs. 12000 for new display.
Totally dissatisfied with this brand as per inputs from other friends as well.
They do only box selling and utter disregard for service. It is totally un acceptable that you have to travel 500 kms just to fix a cellphone spending Rs. 13000 additionally after one year.
My sincere advice. Avoid this brand totally. The response from customer care was also not att all helpful. Without service back up better not to buy this brand
