I feel f... morei would like to see why you think this as you have not told anyone. i think you may have got a bad experience and think it is like that for everyone. i can not be sure tho as you have not provided any information this phone is grate until update 11.1.1.1 than is is bad but for the most part until update 11.1.1.1 the phone was grate.

Updating this device to Android 11 was the biggest mistake I did ...
SOT from 9 plus hours to 6 hours maximum.
It lags as if it has just 1gb ram
Heating issue started from nowhere.
UI stuttering and heavy lag .
Apps close by their own .
Rear camera is a joke,
Apps crash every now and then.
Bugs and bugs and bugs .
Be it keyboard , menu or any app you are using nothing seems to be compatible anymore.

I've had the phone since release and it's great. Everything feels like a mid/high tier phone. The camera is better than expected. While updating 20-30 apps and you doing something else at the same time you might norice a little stutter, but apart from that it's not noticeable that it doesn't have a Snapdragon 800 series chip.
The only downside from me is that the glass on the screen is not from a good quality. It's supposed to be Gorilla Glass, but my old OnePlus 3T had fewer scratches for 2-3 years of use without screen protector than this phone got for half a year. And I've never dropped it, while the old phone had endured at least 10 drops. But if you are used with screen protecors you'll be fine.

... moreI would go with OnePlus Nord. It has everything.
Second choice would be Samsung Galaxy A71. Its desirable point is good cameras.
I'm not sure which has better cameras between 1+ Nord & A71.
Galaxy M51 has good battery, but it's lacking in camera & performance (gaming).

After using this phone as a daily driver for 6 months .....This phone has a beautiful display, fits in the hand perfectly for those who prefer optimum size, The android OS of a IOS alike is a plus point for those IOS users seeking to try out Android... This phones suffers the same as with other android devices due to the inherent problem of Androids OS, it needs more battery to run whole day. Battery endurance falls big whenever there is a updates of OS. Plastic back is not bad after all upon using casing. The camera quality and performance is decent .overall the nord is not a bad phone..

Binaya chand, 12 Mar 2021After update android 11 battery drain fast.All android phones has the same problems when updated to new android version. nothing new has been like that a few years...the more is the update the more is the draining..... it is a inherent problem unlike IOS... I have a nord, a samsung S20 and a P40... all are experiencing the same problems... previously had A S7 edge, Note 10 plus and 1+7pro.. also same problem.. is this co incidence... i dont think so
