I recently traded by Nokia Lumia 1520 for the Oneplus One and since then there has been no looking back the phone works stutter free, after the windows 10 update the Nokia Lumia 1520 stutter a lot, with a few drop in frames while play graphic intensive games and apps crash more often and the phone tends to slow down. Since my exchange program, I've loved the Oneplus One (I used to criticise the device and the OS earlier) but, after using it for more than 2 months I can't seem to get over it, the os is smooth with the cyanogen Mod 13 (Marshmallow update) game playing is awesome, more app choices for Android but, lot of bloat ware on the playstore as well so you have to be careful. Thanks to the 3GB Ram the phone handles multi-tasking with absolutely no slowdowns or stutters.
The only con is the google voice assist doesn't work at all when the screen is turned off, I travel a lot by road, and I hate using my phone while driving my car and I noticed I had to stop my vehicle a few times to do some basic exercises to make use of the calls and accessing whatsapp or even skype for that matter, I miss the cortana integration that Windows phone has to offer, having said that the new marshmallow update for cyanogen does support few Microsoft based apps like Cortana, trending twitter topics on the lock screen and few other features which I haven't used. But, I've noticed that Cortana doesn't work as smoothly as it does on windows phone when the screen is turned off, and in many asian countries voice activation for cortana isn't available for Android yet. The second issue i've noticed is the phone tends to slow down with some basic apps like trying to dial a # the phone just takes more than just a few seconds to dial a # from the contact history, the same holds true even while adding a contact to your address book. Not sure if its just my device or other oneplus One owners who have upgraded are facing similar app loadup time slowdowns.
Other wise the phone works perfectly fine and i'm quite satisfied with it.

Worst every customer service I have experienced.
Very disappointing, avoid!

Hi All, today i tried running the antutu 6.1.4 benchmark (I am not a fan of benchmark apps, but just wanted to check if performance has stayed well or not). I got a score of 59797. I am on stock COS 12.1 (with last build based on android 5.1.1) and rooted. I hope this score is not bad for a device with the now 'outdated' Snapdragon 801. But my concern here is that in 3D section of the app, it tells me that i will have bad experience with 3D gaming with the score being low. So can someone please clarify it? Also just for the heck of it, i tested multitasking with some games. I opened Asphalt 8, NFS MW, Real Racing 3, Implosion, Dead trigger, Riptide GP2, CSR Racing and all of the apps were kept in memory. I am very pleased with the memory management and I am overall very impressed with this device.

I've had oneplus one since release with no problems. Idk, maybe your head is magnetic and its messing up your phones. lol

None of them lasted more than ... moreDon't worry dude , just give One Plus a shot and trust me , you'll be enjoying the perks of an I Phone in an android device that NEVER hangs or Freezes on performance mode and lasts for more than at least a year and half. I've been using this device since 18months and haven't discovered a problem yet .
Note:- the only issue that I can term is that the phone my occasionally or frequently overheat while performing certain tasks but download a tiny app known as Cooler Master for that and it will be taken care of . Also, if you face any problem and need guidance as to how to go about using it to the fullest you've got a universe full of YouTube videos on this phone .
Don't wait any longer and don't simply believe me either , go chenck its awesome features out for yourself and you'll know that every bit of this reply is true. :D , well, enjoy your one plus device , coz there sure is no other phone that can match this one .

I having problem with my one plus one Mobile during last two weeks. My mobile touchpad not working properly. Upper part and lower part work well.but middle area not working properly. Is it software issues or hardware ? How can I fix this issue.please advice me friends. Thanks.

I've bought four opo phones. None of them lasted more than a year.
The opo phones work great for many months, but eventually (after about 1 year or less) they stop charging, develop microphone blanking issues, and one even burned out a few chargers before I figured it out. It's always a non-fixable hardware motherboard problem. Also, service has claimed that the phone got wet, based on some indicator sticker inside. (To clarify, NOT based on water induced corrosion in the phone.) I'll swear that it never really got wet, but forget about your guarantee.
No where near the reliability of my old Samsung phones. Each one of those lasted quite a few years.

I dropped my phone back in december and it took me this long to fix it because I dreaded having to send it to be serviced. I finally caved, contacted one plus and got a RMA and a freight label. To my surprise I would send the phone from Sweden to Czech republic.
I sent it late friday night last week. Tuesday I got an offer from the service company for fixing the screen. Wednesday morning I accepted. Thursday morning I got the bill and paid by Paypal. I just collected the phone in the mail this friday at noon, so it took less than 4,5 working days! I can honestly say I have NEVER had this good service, and also there was a screen protector applied to my new unbroken screen when I picked the package up.
I'm very pleased!

I've had a terrible service, if anything goes wrong with the phone ur on ur own, took me 4 months to try and get a charger, and now they said they delivered it no tracking number no proof of postage, and they won't send me another one. My phone button does not work but they won't fixed it, they take the information of you very quickly but after that they stop responding

Guarantee or not, only the user who really use it can answer.
I do own it, and it certainly a very good. It do not has an apps drawer, but it simply not a big deal, all apps and using experience still remain very "Android", which fully remain high customization level, and high level of freedom on usage, especially on media playback. I do compare it with other phone with apps drawer, and I start feeling the apps drawer is redundant. The only advantage to have apps drawer is being able to hide apps, but no more.
It isn't fair to compare to Z3 or Oneplus One, but it certainly offer performance that comparable to those, with a cheaper price, almost half the price to own one, and a very usable one without all the lagginess and stutter found on most cheap Android phone. It even run games on full frame rate on highest graphic setting without issue.
Not bashing saying other phone is worse or trying to praising the Xiaomi phone, but it is a solid choice to own one, given the budget, as the RN3 is much cheaper than the Oneplus One, even much cheaper than Oneplus X in my country, so really worth the consideration. The Snapdragon's RN3 even comes with Micro SD slot, finger print scanner and IR blaster, so it really provide much more value for owning than Oneplus One and Z3.
But do remember, only the Xiaomi global rom is more stable, others not recommended, even though there maybe some performance boost. Coming from a user who use it day by day.
