i got update through ota but i have a little knowledge on any kind of root system. how can i simply installing updates as i install updates on samsung s4. help me please please

I've updated my one plus. But now I'm not able to access what's app contact,u.c and many more apps... These apps r asking me to off the screenplay from settings but after doing it off its problem remains same.... I'm very disappointed 😞 with your update.please fix the problem or I'll never buy ur phone or suggest any one to buy ur phone.

+Nice phone, very comfortable fits in hands, very good headphones and charger, wide angle front camera, cyanogen
-Very bad short battery life, even though it has 3000 mah, average main camera, a lot of apps crashes
My opinion:
I would not buy chinese phone anymore

i have a one plus one. recently there was a systems update. from then on i am not able to send any sms message. i went to the service provider with a complaint. they say the sms centre is not appearing in the settings. i am having lot of inconvenience in the absence of facility of sending sms messages. i am however receiving messages. can u please suggest what could be the problem and how to overcome this problem.

My OPO is fine but having an issue. In mobile networks even if I select 4G,when data is turned on,I am getting only H or H+, my os version is 12.1.1-YOG7DAS2K1

it note give charging it give only 1000mah out of 4050mah,and its to heat and bad quality of camera...

I have the Oneplus 1 - and it is the most useless phone ever - the Customer Service are a non entity - The phone will not use bluetooth in my car - it cuts off my data for no reason - it logs me out of my home wi-fi - it tells me I only have emergency calls - the screen goes blank - calls get cut off mid conversation - the list is endless....... I wish I had not got carried away with the hype of this phone - I am only complaining now as I have tried their customer services who tell me they are dealing with it then tell me my ticket has ended. In a word 'USELESS'

All one plus mobile phone looks like a chines ordinary mobile phone, with a basic features and screen, i always a Sumsung customer but i though to give one us a chance to try their mobile but was a basic, ordinary one, i used it for not even a year then half of the screen not functioning i tried be in touch with the customers support they were useless, don't waste your money and energy with a second choice produts always go for the best

Actually the com.Android warning came on and said unfortunately Blah ..and it wouldn't work so I shut it down. So this just happened and I let it sit there for four days ;trying to figure out what to do. it. The system now works fine and if you look up this particular bug ; there are hundreds of steps you have to follow very complex. the healing went through to the 1+1. From a Reiki master. Very strange but true. Other than that the gorilla glass broke twice by just putting it down. Corning industries should refund all the money we have to spend on these broken glasses phone is fine and he seems to be self repairing with help from Reiki, an ancient healing art

Couple of days back i got new system update and from then home touch is not working when i want to exit from camera and i have to use back touch to exit from camera and the home touch is working for all other labels and functions, pls can I know the reason
