I bought this phone 1 Plus about a month back. In less than a month the battery conked off and I had to run piller to post for finding their service centre. Finally located them in Andheri. It is almot 3 weeks, my phone is still under repairs and almost calling them everyday and their call centre is hopeless. Not recommended since their after sales support is horrible. Did not expect a new phone battery to be replaced.

All companies are nothing in front of "ONE PLUS" - everything is great. Great design much better than any brand... I Never feel that i am using a china phone - Its different !! I like it so much !! very good quality!! I Guarantee that ONEPLUS will beat all companies and will be on top in few years if it keeps designing high end phones only. Great thinking "ONEPLUS" KEEP IT UP ! and great design for ONE PLUS TWO the other companies were thinking for edge to edge screen and you really made it. Now waiting for VR Cardboard and OnePlus Two...... ITS A REQUEST TO ONEPLUS PLEASE DON'T PRODUCE ANY LOW END PHONES..... IN ANY CONDITION... PLEASE... PHONE SHOULD BE HIGH END ONLY AND IN BUDGET !!

rock, 01 Jul 2015should i buy one plusone or mi4 Definitely go with one plus one. I am using this phone since 3 months , not a single problem, with heavy usage like watching videos for 3 hours on YouTube and playing heavy games live asphalt 8,transformers 4, and dead trigger 2 for one hour or two hours. Still the battery reaches from 100% to 25%. Excellent camera, loud speaker don't need earphones for listening songs or any audio in a noisy area. Completely satisfied , I would recommend to everyone. Inspite of purchasing iphone 6 or HTC one m9 , go for one plus one and you won't regret on the other side you will be happy that you have saved your hard earned money. The only problem I have faced that when someone asks which phone is this ? This is because many people doesn't know which brand is this but I don't care because they don't know features of this phone. I use to consider features and reviews of the phone before buying it and not the brand name at all.

I made my order sunday night and I received my phone on tuesday noon. It's an excellent phone, very good materials, I have no regrets for purchasing it, excelent service. Good job OnePlus One team. Thank you!

Cool phone love the sandstone black backplate feels amazing and sturdy. Having no issues with the phone as it works like a charm and handles most heavy games easily even at ultra settings. Its the best phone and truly a "flagship killer".

im also still impressed concerning the phone. 299,00 EUR and this great specs. 9 months of usage now and i would still recommend it, latest hardware doesnt really change anymore, its more the software...and CM just rockz.

DD for 9 months now, so impressed with this phone. Outstanding battery, great screen, love the sanstone backplate, decent camera, near-stock Android, quick as well, incredible value for the money. Downsides are volume rocker and sleep button are directly across from one another making it easy to press both accidentally, backplate can chip or scratch (minor scrapes are no problem), chrome bezel not my favourite.

Worst phone...now I'm an owner of a oneplus one brick.....first time problem solved and second time went with same the issue and phone remains dead
