This phone worked less than a month before the touchscreen started having issues. They sent me a package to upgrade to a new OS and it froze my phone completely. All they could offer was an appointment with tech support in 9 days. So I'm stuck with a brick for 9 days. Worst company...worst experience. If you need your phone and can't afford to be without it for days, do not risk it by getting a One Plus. Terrible.

I've owned this phone for six months. First month was mainly problem free and it all went down hill from there. I now can't use this phone with a head set because it disconnects upon receiving a call. At random times the phone will just go into possessed ghost mode where the number 4 will be pressed for minutes relentlessly during which time the phone cannot be used. It has a difficult time holding a WiFi connection in my house as opposed to our other phones and devices and will only work on WiFi in some areas. The call quality is worse than any of my other phones although marginally acceptable. The phone also has a tendency to freeze often. The good sides are that battery life is great and its cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. I switched to this phone from an iPhone 4s and will be sticking to iphone or something else from.now on. I would NOT recommend this phone to a friend,,even with that attractive price tag.
