I've owned this phone for six months. First month was mainly problem free and it all went down hill from there. I now can't use this phone with a head set because it disconnects upon receiving a call. At random times the phone will just go into possessed ghost mode where the number 4 will be pressed for minutes relentlessly during which time the phone cannot be used. It has a difficult time holding a WiFi connection in my house as opposed to our other phones and devices and will only work on WiFi in some areas. The call quality is worse than any of my other phones although marginally acceptable. The phone also has a tendency to freeze often. The good sides are that battery life is great and its cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. I switched to this phone from an iPhone 4s and will be sticking to iphone or something else from.now on. I would NOT recommend this phone to a friend,,even with that attractive price tag.

Hi I have been facing lots of issues with the phone like heating problems,battery drain,sometimes touch doesn't work, flashlight opens abruptly( for which I just disabled the gesture control), phone sometimes freezes abruptly and no key works which make me wonder about the use of high specifications , insensitive power button key to name a few.This phone depicts typical Chinese low quality product. If I have the option I will go for better brand name and replace it with apple or any branded phone.

Google it you can find the service center in Kerala. I think total 3 is available two in kochi and one in tvm.

try turning off all gesture shortcuts, and double-tap to wake/sleep features. It worked for me. This is just a temporary workaround, a permanent fix will be released with the CM12.1 update.

I love it! Killer specs for half the price as phones with the same ones. It hasn't failed me yet. Highly customizable. Had a few hiccups at the beginning that were fixed by manually installing a software update. Would recommend it to a friend.

You need to set the brightness all the way down and also set the phone in silence mode. when you feel thst the battery is hot, take it out without turning off the phone, when the battery is heating, it will drain faster.

Complaint:- Issue with the repairing and delivery of my cell phone1+(Deliverynot Timely Return Date is 06June2015) I am suffering last 23 days Very bad Services management.
I am Not recommended for use this devise.
