Using it since last 6 months recently phone became dead gave at the local auth service center was told it's mother board has to be replaced it's now been 3 weeks service centre guy says they hav still not received the hardware to be replaced from the Oppo and I'm suffering what a waste of money!!

I HV been using my 1+ phone from abt 2 months now but since 2 weeks I m hvng an issue wit voice cracking sounds wen on a call its like this all the time even if I m on the road or in my house plz help is ter any way to solve it???

Should I buy oneplus one or xiaomi mi4. Main features :
1. Durable, it should survive some drops and not susceptible to scratches easily
2. It should not get hot or less battery drain while playing heavy games
3. The sound quality from speakers should be loud
4. It should not hang or lag
5. Good camera quality (both front and back)
6. Simple and fast ui
7. Long battery backup

Hey there!
To all those who are really excited about your brand new oneplus one this might sound bizzare and false but its the TRUTH.
With all its amazing and latest features it sure does sound like the most ideal and best phone indeed. They truly have come up with some great stuff. The phone has a great appearance, amazing camera, 2.5GHz microprocessor etc etc but now the question is WHAT IS THE SOLE PURPOSE OF A PHONE?
IF YOU CAN'T MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS THEN WHY DO WE NEED ONE?
The first time I bought a oneplus one I had to return it because I was unable to receive any calls, but I returned it and went on to order a new one. MY SECOND MISTAKE. And SURPRISE! This one cant receive calls and I can't even hang up! The worst part is it didn't even seem new. It was like a defective piece that was repaired, put in a new box and delivered.
Well this is the harsh truth of a Chinese phone. I don't know how many of you are going to read this.
But my one and only suggestion : DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!
I just put forth a request for returning my second mistake. I hope you guys won't make one!

I have had Nokias, LGs, Samsungs, Motos, and HTCs, all of which were good phones but had some minor issues or problems. My OPO may not be perfect, but so far is problem free across the board for me and I would buy it again for twice the price.
