I've owned 2 of these devices (one of them was stolen) and I've got to say it's a very solid phone for it's price. As for as the phone goes, it's everything you could hope for, good battery life, decent (not great) cameras, etc... However, it's made by OnePlus, and I've got nothing but bad things to say about them and their lack of professionalism; slow with updates, their support is incredibly slow as well, like to promise wonders and never deliver... And there's also the whole Cyanogen Inc. drama... If you are looking for a phone purely for its specs, this is a great phone, if you want to support a new company that happens to sound/look great, OnePlus isn't the one.

I am looking to buy a phone for about 20k. I have gone through whole lot of reviews from all of you and have understood that their is no clear view about one phone with which 90% of people are happy which is sad. Expected a lot out of one plus one but looking at the reviews I need to think all over gain.

Awesome phone, updated to Lollipop, amazing customization options. So easy to hold despite 5.5" screen size. Great value for money. Far better than expected......

Its been two month now and everyday i am getting angry with this phone. For first 15 days it works well and after that everyday its giving me problem. I called customer care they told me that i should visit service center personally and there is no service center available in my state.
I personally suggest everyone please purchase only phone whose service is availale at your place. I purchased this phone because i heard lots about this and i spent 22k on this phone now i feel that i wasted all my money.
