I have so many problems on this mobile. I submitted my mobile to care Center last month (8-4-2015)And the care Center executive told me that the mobile phone we will be given you at on 24-04-2015 but still today (10-05-2015) I didn't get mobile phone.....
And it happens 2 time , Main problem is touch problem

i know it must be pretty annoying with device that you bought and it stops working within a week. i have been planning to buy a new mob and torn between oneplus and moto x(2014), but flipkart guys are kind of scamming people, they had announced 5000rs discount for moto but next day in the website it is still displayed as 33000rs for 32 gb.

Our experience is this is not good mobile phone because heat up and hang problems in this set and very bad comuniction with customer Care person

Fantastic phone, bought one and the 2 more for children. Great performance, customisation, music etc. Have enabled fast charging feature on DU battery app. Charges very fast. Those who have issues with camera, please see the guide https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/oneplus-one-camera-photo-guide.199966/
This is a great camera and need to be set properly for close ups, landscape etc. Read the guide once and then check.
Guys, do some effort to sort any problem and then see.

STILL ,people you are buying this phone why why?????
its 2015 just forget this phone...
i purchased this phone withing a 15 days i sold so bad so many problems if you dont believe me den i will show you my bill and pics of one plus one very very bad phone,CAMERA hmmmm its pathetic atleast before purchasing check on one plus one forum..i had iphone 4s earlier my 5 year old iphone 4s takes way better photos, now i am having iphone 5s superb device..if you are an AUDIOPHILE please get this device it has powerful DAC inside make your head shake awesome audio quality...touch of one plus one is also not good not as fluid as iphone so please double think before purchasing i dont want u people to waste your hard earned on this bad phone....there are several issues like not charching,call quality is not good,gallery shut downs automatically..this device is not trustworthy trust me the moment i sensed that something is wrong with this device i immediately sold it without thinking....i hope this helps some of them thanks tc

I've been considering one of these to replace my Galaxy Nexus, but was worried about some of the negative reviews. Last night I found out that a colleague had owned one since November 2014, and I had the opportunity to evaluate it briefly and to get feedback from her. She also used the phone alongside her 2 year old iphone.
Even though it has been dropped and there is a small crack in the side, the phone continues to function without fault. She has had no problems with crashing and hanging.
I noticed it was really quick through the menu's and the UI was well thought out and easy to use.
Whilst it is true the phone didn't (only just) have the same feel of quality that my Nexus 4 has, it was certainly adequate.
Her only complaint was that the photo quality didn't quite match her iphone.
My opinion? I would buy, for the price the specs are hard to beat. Hope this helps those sitting on the fence.

Anonymous, 05 May 2015Hi Can you confirm which service center in tvm you went ... moreI went to devi communication..where they are doing HP lenova services.its on 1st floor of rajathani building.sorry I found that service centre by using google map(coz I am not from this place).and there is an hospital just oppst to that building too..and if u think more proof on this matter,then probably i wil go to tvm again to get replacement of my motherboard thn I will post some picture or /if u need some video what service centre person talking I am ready to post here..anuthng else I need to prove u..

Anonymous, 05 May 2015Hi Can you confirm which service center in tvm you went ... moreHi dude..I am from kottayam district..when I was writing review on this site I was jst sitting outside tvm service centre.that's y I put abraham tvm.and really this is the 1st time I am writing an review too..the reason why i hit tvm cs instead of tvm was...i try to call cochin service centre,bt they were not picking my calls.thn i tried on tvm sc.their telph response sound impressive and i decide to drive to tvm.but service persons told me this is the 1st time they r hearing such a prob frm an opo user.btvi think tht is false,even on opo blog i found many people facing same issue.really my dear frnd I am nt against this phone...whn I was using opo for first 2 days I never notice that my network is fluctuating.then I got complaint from office my frnds and family am always not reachable on ph.then only I notice this problem.after 1 week phone is also not charging too..BT that is due to defective cable.currently I am using on 2g mode..BT working fine...anyway GT mail from opo India that they can't replace my pH,only thing they will try to resolve the hardware issue..other than this issue this is a gr8 pH...
