Anonymous, 18 Apr 2015Why am I not able to enable data on OPO?? Pls help. tvintimilla says he is having the same issue. To get the data working he puts it into airplane mode for a few minutes then back. Good luck.

Hi guys.. I purchased oneplus one 2weeks back from india and got it updated to CM12 lollipop yesterday. The interface is amazing and nice and highly customizable. I find battery draining rapidly. Any1 facing similar problem? Whats the solution to this?? Plz reply

Hello everyone!
Just want to know your opinion between this two smartphones. I am thinking which one to buy. LG G3 (32GB) or OnePlus One (64GB). In KSA, G3 is cheaper now than the OnePlus. I am a heavy user of gamesespecially COC (lol). Can you help me decide? Thanks in advance!

TERRIBLE! AVOID!
While the product has ok specs, mine stopped working after TWO weeks. The power-on button failed. It has been a NIGHTMARE

I brought one plus one phone in march.after in April it's touch button not support. It automatically open application and not support touch.so I tired all day from April. So I suggest don't bring this one plus one phone .touch is the problems I faced long time .

My honest answer is NO stay with an established phone like Samsung S6 or Iphone 6 see copy of the issues I had with my One Plus One below.
Currently, I am unsatisfied with my customer service especially since the person who took my initial request (John Jesus Figueroa) just stopped replying to my request for assistance. In turn, I was forwarded to another representative Ashint (One Plus One) who refused to assist me any further unless I took a few clear pictures of the device from all angles ( the front side , back side, left side , right side , the top and the bottom of your device). I was alright with this request until he requested that he also wanted me send us a picture of the back my One Plus One (without the battery cover). He stated that this was needed in order to see if I was covered under warranty. However, I had only been using my One Plus One for 3 months and to do this he sends me a YouTube link. I had to submit another request. Thankfully, Ivy (One Plus One) finally was able to understand what the previous representatives were unable to do along with the understanding that I did not have the technical expertise nor felt comfortable to essentially dissemble my phone in order to take a picture to see if I was covered under warranty. Since then, May (One Plus One) along with Ivy (One Plus One) has been wonderful in assisting me with my RMA request. However, since I have returned my One Plus to their warehouse, I have not received any updates as to when I would get the new one. I had to submit another request to inquire about the status. Also since I made this return for repair, I have been forced to go back to my previous (old) cell phone. After having these experiences, I don’t think I will go back to my One Plus nor recommend them to anyone else because I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Ihave recently purchased One Plus mobile from Amazon but after 15days i faced problem with power off and left with no other option for me to restart given at the service center at Marol they fixed it instantly in few minutes but data was all lost . Again after 2 weeks got the same problem reported to service center they have sent to Bangalore head office but i had a very bad experience with this phone its a waste of money and time to visit service center for any slight problem occurs . My advise for other people looking to purchase this gadget please rethink once again this company is just making money with providing faulty instruments.***** PLEASE DO NOT BUY ********

Raj, 16 Apr 2015hey guys i got my cm12 update on 15/04/2015 but there was a... morei have same issue first i got update notification i download 598 mb and after install nothing happens...and in system update it shows ur device is updated...but next day i got update nitification again and this time it got updated to lollipp..i suggest u to w8 next day or so u vl again get update notification..

I've had my OPO for about 6 months, loved the phone in the beginning and now it just seems to be getting worse by the day. My GPS hardly ever works and I really mean never works, when making a call the other person can't hear me, and now I'm having issues with the touch screen not wanting to work. Is anyone else having these problems? Really starting to hate this phone.

Please do factory reset once, you will see CM12 with Lolipop 5.0.2.
Mine is running fine.
