I will never purchase oppo again because of the bad experience I got from buying Oppo A98. I am disappointed of the quality.

I bought this phone 2 weeks ago. The last 4 days it has been sending 3 texts at a time instead of ONE. I rang my phone service provider to see what was wrong and they said it is a current REPORTED PROBLEM WITH OPPO PHONES!
embarrassing issue to deal with. Not waiting for them to SORT it. I'm taking it back tomorrow and won't be buying OPPO again.

The pros in this phone is the charging speed
And the cons is the processor it's still snapdragon 695😀 and still ips LCD display 17k price and still ips LCD display too expensive but poor specs it's not worth it for the price too much poor specs and so expensive for 17k in that specs

-Front camera is outright terrible ( especially the lack of colour accuracy in low light or any indoor light)
- The back camera uses a cheap lens and has chromatic aberration ( alot of pink outlines in bright light)

Anonymous, 16 Feb 2024It was hybridGutted because yes it is dual SIM hybrid. You cannot have both Sims and microsd card in at same time. Bought 17 Feb 24 from JB hi-fi @$500. But both Sims trays are Volte which is mega important if you are experiencing the 3g shut down. Phones don't work over LTE only. I.ll spend next few days learning about phone. Bought to replace my beloved LG V20. Nb if anyone has a better keyboard link where numbers have their own line i.d be grateful.

Overall a great phone but the camera performance is not great. Installing the gcam apk will improve this immensley.
