Oppo realized they made a mistake with the screen in A9. Its successor A91 has Amoled Full HD+ screen

Keep in mind people, the oppo A9 2020 has a (major) screen flickering issue.
Youtube my video - " ionic zash " showcasing the issue.
2 other users have confirmed the same issue to me.
The retailer where I purchased it from are now not allowing me to return it for a refund/exchange for this particular reason, and have advised me to contact oppo (warranty) directly.
It seems like the issue may be widespread.

Does it really have Hi-Fi audio? I see that GSMArena mentioned that it can play 24bit/192 kHz, but I didn't find any info about it. I'm really interested in the audio quality through headphones.. And by the way, Isaw on another portalw that it has USB-C and not microUSB, I think it's a typo from GSMArena.

About the flickering, I've noticed the Xperia 5 having this issue on TechSpurt's

He didn't mention anything about it tho.

I'mPhone, 16 Dec 2019I am living in SE Asia country, I have seen this in a phone... moreI guess I lucked out. I don't have any screen issues. As for the back it is made out of plastic but I don't mind since it won't shatter like glass and I always use a case and even so it still looks nice with the marine green color I have. The camera is a 48MP Samsung GM1 sensor so it'll be very similar to the Redmi Note 7. However since the phone has the mono sensor it does better HDR than the Redmi Note 7. But other than the HDR the main 48MP camera is VERY similar to the Redmi Note 7.

Something very strange about the screen.
It flickers heavily and the pixels are not evenly distributed.
Try it for yourselves. Get another phone, open the camera app, and point it on the oppo's screen and watch. You can see really bad flickering and strange pixelated flickering.
It's really bad. I can imagine this will cause eye strain/headaches and fatigue after viewing the screen for an hour or more

Yes the screen is very bad, and the back is plasticky. I haven't tested the camera though. But it seemed the Samsungs are better in terms of the display despite the screen flicker problem (generally low PWM across models, blue tint display).
