It gets really hot while charging or in 4g, not good gaming experience, sometimes touch doesn't work at the part just above capacitive keys, customer service is poor, no stock Android, low light camera fails, Never buy this phone,,,😡😡😡😡😡😡

Anonymous, 21 Apr 2017Its getting hot while charging is it common ?Its not common for phones to get hot while charging. Oppo is not a very great brand and hence you are experiencing this issue. Always look at buying branded phones such as Samsung, Nokia etc. Nokia 6 with stock android is a great option.

Noughat 7 and SD 821 minimum, otherwise Technology even a day Old is Garbage, this is how outdated OS and under powered combination are launched. No advertising or SD chips or latest OS. We nitwits public should Cry Put or Bycott. Other wise the will neglect updates and upgrades to minimum.

If you have 4gb ram device means u can update android 6.0 from Australia oppo support.

Rohit , dont expect latest Android on Non - Moto phones , or google phones i.e. nexus , pixel. Neither is F1s a flagship so they give latest OS , eitherway Mediatek MT6750 is configured till Android M , there is no word whether it will go on till android N , And Android O is a dream. So just be happy if you receive Android M , if you needed better software support you should have purchased their (Same Owners ) OnePlus 3T which should support till atleast Android O and maybe Android P ( Android 9 ) whenever it comes.

Google will soon be rolling out android 8 and we are still asking for android 6 update with a major update in Color Os to resolve push notification problem. Horrible. After spending 19k this kind of thing which what customer is getting. For your kund information let me tell you that Moto, lenovo etc are running latest android 7.1 with customise UI which they provide. Vivo also planning to roll out android 7 update in no less time. Vivo or Mi etc have a very good customise Os called Fun Os with awesome features. All features work well. No notification error. Nothing major issues. I really really regret taking oppo as my default driver. Oppo belive in quantity rather quality. Advertisemet which you guys are doing is good but quality 👎👎👎. BIGGEST MISTAKE BUYING OPPO. GO TO DIFFERENT WEBSITE, SEE WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING AS A REVIEW TO YOU GUYS. THE PROBLEM BEING FACED IS GENUINE AND MAJOR ALSO. IN THIS MARKET WHERE SO MANY CLOSE SUBSTITUTE ARE AVAILABLE NO ONE WILL ENTERTAIN YOU.
