Pierce, 22 Aug 2023Still not available in Malaysia, so sadIt has already been stated by Oppo that the X6 variants will not be available outside China.
They are already working on the X7 variants and that possibly will be available in other regions.
Just order one like some of us here has. No problems with Play Store, just Android Auto doesn't work/has never worked on China region phones. Everything else works just fine. It's my main phone now, Google Wallet, Google Maps. NFC payments work. Whatsapp, Signal, Skype etc all work.
Language wise, it's available in English and Chinese. All the other apps I don't need I've uninstalled. But leaving the China app store might have advantages, like DJI apps can be updated directly from that store without having to side load.
The camera system is so good! Leaves Samsung and Apple in the dust.

Hi, could anyone who owns this phone try Gcam? Especially AGC, as I really want to keep the leica mode if I were to switch over to the phone...
I know I could simply get a xiaomi, but Mi 13 Pro's 200€ more expensive and 13 Ultra's a whopping 1500€, so the price of importing a x6 pro seems reasonable in comparison ahah

The OnePlus 11 will have a hard time - at least in Germany, because like Oppo, OnePlus is still in a patent dispute with Nokia and is therefore currently not allowed to sell smartphones in Germany 🇩🇪.

Based off reviews and user comments it is quite easy to sideload google play store, the only issue is that you have to go through a lot of work to tune it to your likings.
