Regarding the 4G/5G quality/speed, I feel like I am connecting to more 5G sources with the X8 than I did previously with the Oppo Reno 7 5G.

While the two are not really comparable in price and features, the battery size is similar and the Reno 7 5G struggled to get through the day without a top up under moderate use.

Just need to check 4G/5G bands supported by the country/carrier.

I have gotten 1 or 2 ColorOS updates (one yesterday) since getting the phone other than the Android and ColorOS updates the installed immediately after purchase.

I have that Google Assistant feature turned off except when in Android Auto mode. The feature is there and available.

After looking and looking for a better phone, reviews here and from youtube, I could say I finally decides to go to this phone. Sadly, why oppo phones are super expensive! Have to wait for price to drop.
