Got same problem abt phone shutting down.Need to replace battery. DONT BUY BATTERY from lazada. I tried,but the problem still the same. Buy new battery directly at oppo service centre .battery rm58 . Need to use ori charger too cost rm55. Even got free ori casing ,thanks to great service by taiping mall oppo service centre staff. My problem solved.got to use oppo mirror 3 without problem again .

suddenly my phone is switched off... and whenever i try to switch it on it shows its log and thn again back to switch off... but when i switch it on by connecting with the charger... i can switch it on.... what is the problem? and what should i do??

Im so disspointed with this phone. Im just use this phone for only 1yr 3months and it suddenly shut down.after read all these comments i thinks we hv the same problems.. Means that our oppo mirror 3 dont hv long half live. Only wasted my money...so sad

bought mirror 3 for almost 1 year 6 month. all good until one day the phone shut down even though the battery charging 90%. Changed the battery but it only charge half way 50% and it stated there 'non standard battery". However, I like this phone. Planning on buying oppo f1s or samsung j7.. which u is better? any one can give advice?

my mirror 3 experience:
-always hanged up every time i insert an sd card more than 8gb..camera and photo cant open.
-less than 1 year i already change the battery even if im an average user...
- the service center reset my phone 3x to fix the problem in my sd card but still its coming back again..again...again
- is there anyone who experience same with mine???

Mine too!. My phone keeps on shutting down even at 58% battery level. There are times that when I turn it back on after it shuts down, it will boot then shuts down again.. I don't know why.. I love this phone, and I don't want to replace it. Hope someone could help.. :(
