I've been using my oppo mirror 3 for 1 yr and 5mos. It just shuts down suddenly and that's it. I could no longer charge it and can no longer use the phone. could u pls help us find where to buy an original battery?? what the hell is this?!

Today.. on the 31 st of August.. my phone suddenly shut down. When I tried to open it says Your phone is running out of battery, so when I charged it the percent of the battery didnt even full !!!! Wht the hell is happening with this phone.. ohya and ive been using this phone for 9 months. Happy independence day btw.

if you're talking about the com.android.os detected as trojan, just ignore it.
I did research on it and seems like there were common issues with some antivirus apps.
I was using cm security and started detecting that trojan. I already did a full system factory reset but it was giving me the same threat detection. I just uninstalled it and use avast instead. It now says that my phone is safe and secure.,.

I've been experiencing the same problem with my Mirror 3 for three days now. Worst, it doesn't charge at all. There's a duck image that usually appears , then suddenly disappears and turns the phone into vibration.... I hope the accountable people can help us here. Thank you.

Wtf ...oppo ...y I m running 4.4.2 ...not getting any update....dont buy any oppo ..once you buy this oppo .....after that you will not get any update.....this company is dumpp......wasted my 1300 on it .......
