how to fix authenticating problem? i've been using this phone for almost a year and this is the first time it happened.

I have been using this phone for about 7 month...the problems when Im using this phone are ,when Im open instagram the phone hang and stuck then I have to off it.., when browsing internet while listening to music the music apps suddenly stop,..while Im typing this comment also take longer time compare when im using lappy..,sometimes when Im to much taking selfie or picture the phone hang...Im buying this phone because this phone have good selfie camera thats all...

Please help me. I super love this phone. My google play store is gone because I use luck patcher and download the modded play store and I don't know what that means so I try to download it and suddenly it fails and when I come back to my home screen my google play store is gone. Please I really need your help

this phone has few features for one who want them like OTG support, infrared for tv remote, solid build gorrila glass, quick charge battery and of course a perfect selfie camera. in fact front cam is better than back one. on other side the performance is poor due to bulky software. on fresh boot you get only 300mb free out of 1gb ram. which gets filled up after opening messenger, whats app and sms. multitasking is heck on this phone. for me it was great camera phone but i replaced it with a 2gb lenovo p1m bcoz i am heavy multitasker.

So I've been using this phone for exactly a year now. Two months ago, i changed the battery, because it was problematic. It'd only function when connected to the charger. It cost me RM120. Not much when converted to dollars but here it's pretty expensive. Last night, my phone went dead. I tried rebooting a couple of times, it just won't function. I can't use the warranty anymore. It really is a great phone but it is so problematic. My mum's N1 keeps lagging btw. So yeah.. what's up Oppo.

Controls multi-brand tvs with IR (even old square CRT ones! ), projectors, dvds etc.
Other way more expensive Oppo models and other brands don't have IR blaster .
GSMArena : I cannot "Free Text" field search phones with infrared port :(

oppo is such a LEMON (NO GOOD). in 3 months, brand new mirror 3 was showing fail errors for touchscreen, would not send texts and suddenly turn off. it would have weird colored lines across the center of the screen. it has never been dropped nor brought to any other shop due to 1-year warranty. and by month 8, it died down completely so i brought it back to the shop since it's still under warranty. the service center now insists that the phone has been tampered. how could the phone have been tampered when it has only been touched by oppo staff? (the shop and the service center). this would be the first and last oppo that i'll ever use and the shortest time that i've used a brand of phone. two thumbs down!

The apps are always saying its not responding I thought the problem is my mem card or the app itself but its really the phone. I dont know if I will buy another oppo again. Im planning to buy f1 , some is saying that its okay and I dont know what to buy now

I am using this phone for 3 months already and I regret purchasing this phone. It's so slow and it's saying unfortunately.... settings, messages, launcher (whatever) has stopped. i am not a heavy user. I should've purchased a different phone.

sometimes phone creater didn't expect your phone will highly storage as we use.
my suggestion try to clean your phone and i think you don't have to use this phone for everything daily. hopefully you understand and keep trying. if this happen since new, repair the software or mybe android prob.

nada, 14 Jan 2016that happens to mine as well its only been a few days since... moreme as well when I used fb apps I cnt scroll videos or pics it will shutdown my phone
