This phone sucks!!! I have this phone for about 5 months then it starts draining the battery very fast..then another problem is even if i reset (factory reset) the phone the virus still stay there...it also auto install apps even if i deny it many times...it also hangs..the speaker is a little bit loud but it doesnt satisfy me that much

Oppojoy3 i turn it off and change simcard but i doesn't turn it on again. Only vibrates once when i charge. What will i do. Please help.

the battery drains easily. I was just exploring my phone since i just bought it then i saw how fast the battery drains. I am not even playing games so what the heck!!!!

everytime I install apps it automatically stops when im pressing the back button , checking on playstore,it says waiting for network although there is a wifi connection . What should I do? anyone experienced the same ? I just bought this earlier Im using Neo7 please help

Hi I'd explore the setting tool but I can't see where I'm able to transfer the apps or music and videos on as card. All my apps are automatically transferred in phone storage. Please I need your immediate response. Thanks

mark, 15 Jan 2016im using oppo phone and i buy it last March 28 2015 then i ... moreI bought Oppo neo 3, April 16 last year. At first it was good quality, loved the phone till December when I turn it on and only the oppo logo shows. Waited for it for hours and then knew how to hard reset and then hey like brand new. But that's not where it ends, the day before this day the screen doesn't respond to my touch. I have to hard reset it again. I was expecting it to work normally after that but then again the system crashes. Getting me more irritated, apps also doesn't work smoothly, always not responding. Then oppo launcher isn't responding. Then turns black and I have to reboot it.Like really? So much for quality.
