I don't recommend Oppo Neo 3... Im telling you it will have a system crash soon (mine after 1 year)

im using oppo phone and i buy it last March 28 2015 then i already experience the factory mode on my phone it is my second time experiencing this kind of problem the the store where i bought this phone said it is just a simple problem and they told me to restore it. but how can restore this phone the instructions are written in chines language i am a filipino.. oppo help me.. they said it is in the setting of my phone.. i feel such disappointed with this problem. help me

Hi, I have an oppo neo 3 phone and I have a problem that really annoying me while using this phone. Well first of all there's nothing wrong, but it began when I updated the phones system. And after that, the update unlock few features that I'm not able to access before. And I saw "switch partition" option. And it says it will be increase my internal memory. I got really excited, because this phone only have 1gb internal memory. But after i've applied that option, e-warranty card option appeared. And I click register, but nothing change. I thougt it will bring me to a register form or oppo's website. And now it keep coming like every one minute or less, it's really disturbing. What should I do? Please give me advice for this problem. Thanks
