I had re-programmed my phone before because it stucked on the logo. It went well but after three weeks, it happened again. It hanged and when I re-opened it, Im stucked again on the logo. WHAT SHOULD I DO? ANYONE.

Anonymous, 19 Feb 2016I can't download apps because it always stated that insuffi... moreUninstall playstore and google the latest version of playstore to install it back.That will solve the issue for a couple of months,if you want long term solution ,root the phone to remove bloatware to give alot of space for new apps.Neo is not famous for its storage capacity.

I have tried resetting it because of insufficient space issue and apps like FB and COC not launching,still unresolved after reset.Rooted the phone and the problem is solved.

My music is not responding and I can't hear any sounds even if I checked the settings and clicked volume in the sound part, it's gonna say 'settings is not responding'. And my pictures from my galery disappears but I can still see them from SD card storage in Files, but they won't pop up at the media ..... what should I do ?
