If your oppo stuck on the logo or black screen, take it to the repair shop and don't try flashing it or anything. I've been there too, now my neo 3 is alright but not as smooth as before.

I can not transfer files from my phone to a USB Storage. Please help. I can't use this OTG thingy anymore. The system can recognize the storage but can't put anything in it. Please help

I had storage problem then I switched the partitions now problem is solved but my rom storage is less then 2 gb rather then 4gb . So I wanna switch partitions once again but in setting options of switch partitions is not showing plz plz plz help me

I got tips for the "unsufficient storage" when updating/downloading apps from Play Store. Go check Settings-Storage and see how much memory left you have on SYSTEM STORAGE (please notice that instead of User Space and SD Card storage). The minimum memory that we can download/update on Play Store is 150MB on SYSTEM STORAGE. Don't be confused if you have very low memory! Go check your apps manager and find Google Play Service. You need to clear data to increase memory available then you can explore Play Store happily ever after. Good luck!

Anonymous, 25 Jul 2015i only have my oppo neo 3 for 8 months and now i can't use ... moreI got your feeling, dude. A week ago, mine stucked at "Unfortunately, status bar has stopped" and pop up like hell. It's frustating me.
Firstly, you have to backup your data although it's a little bit hard haha but I succeded.
Here's how to solve your problem (maybe everyone know the step, but I try to share what I got on internet).
1. Googling "stock rom" and wait until "stock rom oppo r831k" appear, then download it (mine about 560sMB).
I got surprised when I type "stock rom" on Google because this handset placed the third popular search of stock rom. LOL
2. Copy it to your microSD card (not in a folder).
3. Switch it off then go to recovery mode (volume down + power).
4. Wipe data/factory reset.
5. Wipe chace.
6. Wipe dalvik chace.
7. Install zip from SD card.
8. Wait until success.
9. Reboot.
GOOD LUCK! Hope your problem solved.
I never stop looking for the way this oppo gettin' better and better because i'm so satisfied using over a year, hoping this will last forever.

i have a R831K Model. I think you can expand the memory of the phone by SETTINGS > MORE (under about phone) > SWITCH PARTITION > ENABLE CONFIRM DELETION. Remember that you need to back up first before doing this because it will be Formatted. Hope it helps.
Anyway, I'm having problem with the latest update... It always shows "update failed" and I cant open any google account/ application.
