I just wanna know how to activate the guest mode? My status bar isn't showing the icon though I enabled it? Its not hiding want I want to hide.

The s... moreI dont know whT really happened but my phone got hanged and suddenly the status bas has been crashed and it says unfortunately the status bar has stopped.. but I used to get rid of it by rebooting my phone .. ijust hope this wont repeat again

i will not recommend you to buy this phone. A BIG WASTE OF MONEY there are many phones you can by with the same price and much better specs. It lags it hangs and it do stuffs that it shouldn't do.

Guys,I need some help . At first,my friend ask me to download some mp3 files that he want . After that,he ask me to move all the downloaded mp3 files to new folder in sd card . Then I try to play some of that downloaded mp3 files using stock music app,it still show that downloaded mp3 files still in "download" folder then all of that cant be play . I suggest him to "clear data" of that music app . Open it back (stock music app) then it show "0 file" . After that I try to scan all folders on sd card but it just show 1 folder only and it was Whatsapp folder . Im hoping someone to lend some help for this,thanks

my comment for this phone is..I can answer why oppo joy always become status bar stop..it is because motion & gesture..prevent using motion gesture repeatly..also dont add so many apps to become gesture..it will effect ur phone..my oppo also become like that..no other option..even sent it to service center they just reinstall software..

hello everyone..
just want to tell you about this oppo joy cellphone..its good to use like an ordinary phone but if you are heavy user or a gamer,this is not a good option..not much app can use,so look at the storage..not much to add some app..try to buy the another model with large storage
