Hi, I bought my oppo joy R1001 last Nov. 30, 2014. Its almost been four months but at least three days ago something went wrong. I just left my phone in the my room then when I got back I dragged my status bar down but it only says that "unfortunately, status bar has stopped" I repeated and repeated dragging it down, restarted my phone but its still the same. I reported this to the oppo already and it seems that there is still no response. Please help me.

The way it was Im resolved: Restarting the device as original. Protected Obviously all my information and contacts before to do. Since I did, my device works very good and I could download all apps that i want. Maybe this can work for you
