lendy, 18 Apr 2017!,why oppo logo keeps on appearing and i cant see any prog... moreflash with stock recovery...press power button with volume at the same time until u see recovery mode below the oppo logo and release the button press the power button again..u will see the recovery option..n now try to clear cache and data..after that try reboot..if still stuck at oppo logo try enter recovery mode again and flash ur stock firmware..u should ok then..

I cannot update my apps due to lower android version.
please oppo manufacturer do something to update my android version to higher levels so that I can update other apps.

Hve using this fon for almost 3 years,n only once been format coz of virus....never hd problem with this fon even its been fall several times from high place n still working properly...luv this fon...its cheap but high quality

my phone is restarting itself.. when its getting on the logo appears and display for 2 to 3 sec and again restarts .... neither datacable is attaching neihter factory options is coming so what to do...

juris_noprudence, 17 Jan 2017my oppo joy is always displaying an alert like android.proc... moreur phone ram almost run out..just uninstall app u don't use..and clear all cache of the app and turn off sync data and account u will be ok right now..gud luck..

jaja, 19 Jan 2017my oppo is not working becouse i forgat the pasword help me... morejust enter the recovery mode and select facrory reset..done..after that finish just reboot.it look like a brand new..before u do that make sure uninstall ur memory card..for safety use..gud luck..

criza, 23 Aug 2016i have the same issue as you .. what should i do? did you ... morejust download the original firmware of oppo joy and install update from recovery mode..select the firmware that ur already download and wait till finish..done..reboot..if u luck maybe it can solve ur problem..before u make all that step make sure u did a factory reset with recovery mode and start the step..gud luck..

KIDD, 08 Sep 2016what's happening with my phone? its battery drains so fast.you use too many app on the background..just shut it down when u don't use that app and clear the app cache..maybe u can save battery then..just install the app that u need and uninstall the app useless..and turn off sync data &account..

i have rooted my oppo joy n still using it for almost 3 years already..i have been play game like need for speed most wanted,n.o.v.a freedom edition,modern combat 4 and many more..even not with high graphic but it still nice without lagging..i love my phone even it's look old right now because a brand new android like marshmallow and nougat..I'm still love my oppo joy

my oppo joy is always displaying an alert like android.process.media has stopped and unfortunately, music has stopped. how do i fix this? its very disturbing since it pops up almost every second. please do help me. thanks
