my oppo R1001 don't function anymore, it stops on the start up part, the one with the beep then oppo logo..
i bought it around november 2014 and i stopped using it january 2016..
why does it feels like it has an expiration period?

Im using my oppo joy for 3y years never have a problem I understand why I cant download some apps I want because this phone has low ram. But my phone still working great many times this phone fell but hey my phone still alive. But I want to buy another phone oppo with high specs so that I can download apps that I want....

I have root this smartphone and using original rom. I'm just make some modifications. I just changing cpu clock at set to power saver and I use swap ram for additonal memory use. and some application for block useless back ground app. it's all work fine. really good. now I got real stability of this smartphone. I really love my best oppo joy. Good performance with power saving and stability. :-)

I couldn’t open e-mail in inbox. When I tried to open it, it always throw me back to home menu. Same thing happens when I tried to open another app. I already tried to clear app data, redownload and reinstall the app, and even do factory data reset, but still no result. What should I do?

I have the same issue like yours. I believe Oppo R1 Joy has this issue on their OS. I bought this phone a year ago, and I experienced the issue this year. Phone oftentimes freezes and says " ANROID STOPPED WORKING". And almost all of the apps would do the same error. I tried to reboot the phone, but it froze on the Oppo Screen. Tried to factory reset but I still got the same error. My friend also has the same model, and had same issue as mine :(

Bought on 2015 RM400. So far no problem with my phone. On /off.Ok but slow little bit. 4B not enough the phone progrem already taken half + download few game the phone will become hangup. Need to save to SD card. My rate 1 to 10 , i give 6.
