facing the same problem,shutting down by itself..and when switching on..oppo logo kept dancing,so i had to removed the battery again and again.;(

My phone doesn't start up!! just the oppo logo you'll see I can't get into the menu. Can somebody help me what to do. Does not updating the version is the cause or not? since I didn't update my phone it was like this. I really need an answer ASAp!

Actually I'm having a problem with my phone,sometimes it will hang then I restart it but I'll will take a long time before it will open and sometimes it will not,then whenever I open my apps it will say "unfortunately messages has stopped" and etc. Will rooting my phone can help me with this?

Anonymous, 28 Nov 2015me too.,how did you fix it?Software problem. Claim warranty if u purchases it within 3 month or just simply send it to any phoneshop so they can run software on your oppo using pc of course. It should not be long but it will completely reset your phone

My problem is that No space available for my storage but when I check my Storage settings it has more available. Why? I can't install new apps for this.
