There are problem with my oppo R1001..sometime i can't see my contact list and many time it hang when call is arriving n i can't see name of calling person .......so irritating... what i do???????

AnonD-471370, 28 Nov 2015me too how did you fix it? phone does not load heavy games like asphalt 8 and drains battery faster and the worst thing is that it has 4gb internal but its system contains 2gb for gesture and last it lefts only 1. 67 gb

nini, 30 Dec 2015i can't turn on the bluetooth, hotspot and the wi-fi. even ... moreMine is very nice, the only thing u hav 2 do is handle it with care. I installed many apps and they r working so well. Use it accdg to its capacity, don't expect more than its specs...tnx

hi i have oppo joy R1001.. my problem with my phone is more applications autoamtic upload. i already hard reset and still its the same and nothings changed..always uploading apps and i always unisntall all that apps but it is uploading again and again.. also when im texting or using we chat or massenger the keyboard of my phone was normal but suddenlly some of the letters are not working at all and i need to closed that apps and open it again to type again..also its moving deliberately.what im going to do and what do you think of the problem of my phone . hopefully you could help me with this problems.thanks

I turn off my phone, charging. after turn on, the b... morewhat I do when I try to turned off my phone and turned it on and suddenly my theme on the home screen became black. I tried to turned it off and on again a couple of times.... and I tried to moved all my downloaded apps on my sd card and tried to go again to fixed the theme on my home screen, and when I tried it again the theme came back to the normal picture. it doesn't blurred or black anymore.. you should try. it works for my phone
