i cant open my oppo joy plus after i plugged it in a speaker,first it was worked well but suddenly it shutdown i cant open it until now. can somebody how to fix it? thanks in advance!:)

I've used this phone for 6 months and I have to say ColorOS is very stable. I have not had any problems with it. It can run most games decent without hanging, lagging or freezing.

i can't turn on the bluetooth, hotspot and the wi-fi. even if i restart or reset my oppo r1001 phone. its embarrassing please help

Guys,dont buy this phone...It got lot of problem..example such as : if you plugged in your headphone,then you open fm radio,it will show you "please plug in your headphone", battery drain faster,stuck on oppo logo..And if you go to it forum to report bug or ask for solution ...they wont reply you.. so please dont buy this phone..

I retain only 7 of my favorite themes then I selected one and I apply it. Then it works. You should not filled it a lot of downloads to maximize your phone features. Don't load it too much.

Why oppo joy if I will update the system, later on he will notify update field.....then another notify that storage space running some system function s may not work....why please help me now

I upgrade my OPPO JOY PLUS R1011 to its newest version, and when i'm done installing the upgrade,,it takes long time to start again... is it normal or it is experiencing an error/problem??? plz reply... thankx :)
