I'm sorry, I just switched my oppo joy to partition. But then, after that it wont read my sd card. Idk if it was damage or what, so I tried to insert my sd card to my other phone and it still wont read it bcoz it was damaged...? Is it normal? And yet.. somehow when I tried to download bck all the applications in google playstore, it wont load. So I just tried to change bck to phone storage. Unfortunately it only allowed me to install 1 app that were not more than 1GB. After I tried to download the next app, it just said "cant store" ? Why? I've already cleaned this device. How to fix this pls.? Do i still need to switch back to petition? And does my sd card problem have something or somewhat to do with this? How to fix it? Help me pls.

AnonD-471370, 28 Nov 2015me too how did you fix it? ferofmat it using hard reset. or if doesnt work, reprogramming might be the solution

I turn off my OPPO R1001 and when I turn it on it doesn't work only the logo show.. how can i fix it?

Why is it that when I lock my phone, it doesn't ring when there is incoming message? And when I go to messages the new message was just being red already. You can't determine whether there are new message or not because of that. I just did update my phone and that happened after I updated it. Please help me.

vin, 12 May 2015I cant download, always appear insuffecient space. but I ha... moreit is because you downloaded apps automatically store in the default storage which is the phone storage. this issue had been already fixed by an update of storage partition.

Do not hope to play 3D games on this phone...thats the only thing phone is not able to handle.it has a bad bad 3D gaming review.Stay away from them and hope you wont face any difficulty.

I think I've been using it for about one year... yeah... I can't handle the slow loading app because of the small RAM... No auto focus and bad color detector camera, really bad... The launcher is not really good, a bit annoying when I want to add widget 'cause I have to scroll every widget, it's tiring, etc... Yeah, Oppo Joy is my first android phone, it's low budget, I can buy it with my early salary, I learn a lot from it... So, big thanks! I am sorry because I am not a very patient person, it's a bit broken... hehehe...

Is possible to edit videos and photos on my Oppo ... moreFor the photo, it can be edit without download any app, tap option tab on right, tap "edit picture", it can edit for each photo, and (in the gallery folder) tap option tab on right, tap "college" for grouping a photo in one image... hope it help :)

I have been using Oppo joy for 1 year now. There was no problem until last 2 months ago. My gallery crashed and hid my photos except for photos in SD card. Moreover, my phone failed to update the new version. I tried to update countless times already. Tell me how to fix! I am going to use this phone for another more years until I buy a new phone.
